The quiet and cozy apartment is fully furnished. It contains a living room with a double sofabed, dining table, TV and a fully equipped American kitchen. The large bedroom with a big closet and a double bed is comfortable. The bathroom accommodates a shower, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. Special features in this apartment are the large window and the balcony.

 

Air Conditioning is available as well.

 

Please note the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and no lift is available. The narrow staircase is not advisable for bringing big bags up.

Barceloneta beach is the closest beach to Barcelona city centre. The city can be easily reached by metro, bus, or foot.

 

This area is safe and the beach is just a 2 minutes walk from the front door. You can enjoy a long stroll along the beach, practice water sports, go cycling, roller blade or have a drink at one of the "chiringuitos" (beach bars) with live music.

 

Near the apartment you can also find the "Villa Olimpica" where there are a beautiful yacht club, restaurants, stores, casino, bars, pubs and a cinema. The coolest discotheques are here!
